I moved to San Diego from Ohio, and I work for my property now. I am kind of shy person, I have no friends here. Which marketing tools are easy for agents to find customers?

Rights. I was shy and I still have my moments, but I have a realtor for 16 years. The Company makes myself. First, I have my license, then a chance to have a sales consultant for a manufacturer of production. I have my license on inactive status to avoid excessively high fees, and an employee with benefits.

So it was a good start for me, the structure of the company was not for me and finally broke down and became an independent and right with a national brokerage firm, a division of the training. I was with them for eight years before he left and went with my current brokerage RE / MAX.

As anything but timid. You need to talk with strangers, know that they may react negatively to you, every day.

Get business cards and if they want to work for a particular company, then prolly have a website for your business in this way, or you can do what my father does not mean that the sellers of houses and not send a letter asking if he could list the house ... The best part is working as an apprentice for a good two months after receiving the license. It gives all the tricks of the trade.
