Do digital slide duplicators produce good results? - plustek slide scanner

Are they better than a low-end scanner like a movie or VEHO Plustek?

I do not know, but I have very good results with my digital SLR and a macro lens attached to copy my slides, you will surely advisable that you try yourself.
